Shana London brings strategic vision and a deep commitment to community development as the Executive Director of the Videl Foundation. With specialized expertise in organizational leadership, program development, and stakeholder engagement, Shana guides the foundation's mission to create opportunities for Baltimore's communities and institutions. She is dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships and establishing pathways to opportunity through strategic philanthropy.

 

At the Videl Foundation, Shana oversees all operational aspects of the foundation's grantmaking, community partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining the Videl Foundation, Shana served at prominent organizations, including Mercy Medical Center, MedStar Harbor Hospital, the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and Maxim Healthcare Staffing.

 

Shana holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Management from Towson University with a minor in Healthcare Administration.  Shana also holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership & Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
